Assistant Project Manager/ Project Manager (6 days) - Bukit Batok

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and coordinate project documentation including schedules, specifications, and technical details with clients, consultants, project team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead discussions and resolve project management, specification, and technical issues to ensure project compliance and quality.
• Coordinate, monitor, and assist subcontractors to ensure progress of work meets project schedules and standards.
• Oversee daily site operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are maintained.
• Manage resources, timelines, and project budgets to achieve milestones and targets.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to communicate project status, changes, and updates effectively.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings to ensure adherence to contract requirements.
• Identify and manage risks, and implement mitigation plans as necessary.
• Ensure all project documentation, reports, and records are properly maintained and submitted timely.
• Demonstrate flexibility and commitment to working 6 days a week, including site visits and coordination as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in project management roles within large-scale building, civil, institutional, or community centre projects.
• Willingness to work 6 days per week and adapt to site demands.
• Experience working with main contractors and managing subcontractors on site.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, specifications, and project management best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office tools.
