Senior/ Sales Manager (Automotive Industry/ Cold Chain Logistics)

Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and execution of channel sales strategies, while establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with distributors, agents, leasing firms, and other channel stakeholders across all tiers.
- Actively pursue and develop new channel opportunities by identifying potential clients and project leads to expand market reach and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to shape and optimize channel policies and pricing structures, improving overall channel performance and profitability.
- Support and equip channel partners through training and coaching to strengthen their sales effectiveness and service quality, ensuring sustained customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Continuously gather market insights and customer feedback, addressing partner concerns and resolving issues promptly to maintain productive relationships.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate channel partner initiatives, including marketing campaigns, product showcasing, and after-sales support services.
- Background in the logistics industry is an added advantage, particularly in cold chain logistics, long-haul transportation, or fleet operations.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Marketing, Automotive Engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 - 6 years of experience in channel sales management, preferably within the automotive or cold chain logistics industry
- Candidate who has established network with channel partners, distributors or automotive leasing firm will be ideal for this role
