Job Description:

• Plan, design, and implement efficient manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate and improve current manufacturing methods for cost, quality, and delivery.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure product and tooling designs support efficient production.
• Analyze plant layout, space utilization, and workforce deployment to maximize productivity.
• Provide technical support for new process implementation and manufacturing system validation.
• Oversee new process equipment setup and maintenance; troubleshoot production issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including LEAN, cycle time reduction, and yield improvement projects.
• Engage in product design reviews, material selection, and process documentation.
• Support training efforts and provide technical guidance to production staff.
• Contribute to safety, environmental, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, quality control, and statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with process validation, layout planning, and production tooling.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with EHS standards and LEAN manufacturing practices is a plus.
