Job Description:

As a Medical Social Worker, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee Provide psychosocial support to patients with special needs and their families through casework, counselling, and therapeutic group interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver holistic and integrated care for patients.
• Actively participate in case discussions, care planning, and family conferences.
• Engage in practice research and quality improvement projects to enhance clinical social work standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Social Work or a Graduate Diploma in Social Work.
• A post-graduate qualification in Counselling or Family Therapy is advantageous.
• Competence in IT applications and documentation systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team.
