Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Team Management (Core Focus)

Plan staff rosters, manage attendance, and arrange overtime (OT)
Ensure sufficient manpower daily to handle order volume
Enforce attendance KPIs (punctuality, medical leave, unpaid leave control)
Monitor staff productivity (orders per hour, picking rate)
Conduct monthly performance evaluations
Handle staff discipline issues (lateness, low productivity, attitude problems)

2️⃣ Operations Management

Ensure all daily orders are fulfilled on time
Allocate tasks across picking, packing, and replenishment
Handle operational issues (order surges, staff shortages)
Control error rates (wrong items shipped, missing orders)

3️⃣ Cost Control (Critical)

Monitor usage of packing materials (bubble wrap, cartons, tape) to avoid waste
Control overtime costs (no unnecessary OT)
Optimize warehouse space and reduce clutter
Propose process improvements to increase efficiency
