Site Manager/Engineer (Construction) - Toa Payoh

• Oversee all trades on-site, including structural, architectural, building, M&E, and interior fitting-out works.
• Take responsibility for managing and completing projects, ensuring progress, quality, cost control, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Review and prepare project-related documentation, such as progress reports, proposals, requirements, and presentations.
• Monitor and manage contractor performance to ensure project objectives are met, and oversee defect rectification and quality improvements for completed projects. Implement quality, safety, and environmental management systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software like Word, Excel, Outlook
• Local construction knowledge
