Be part of the building operation team to ensure effective maintenance and management of the property.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager/ Manager, Property Operations:

  • Oversee daily property operations and facilities including car-park operation in Wisma Atria.
  • Assist in overseeing Executive, Officers and M & E technicians.
  • Handling office tenancy work for SG REIT strata areas of Wisma Atria and Ngee Ann City.
  • Handling retail tenancy work for SG REIT leased premises for Wisma Atria and Ngee Ann City strata areas.
  • Renewal of term contracts for MCST 1471.
  • Close liaison with MCST 2929 on property and facilities management with regard to SG REIT strata areas.
  • Updating of data records for M & E system and tracking of its utilities.
  • Dealing with reportable insurances cases for MCST 1471.
  • Carry out annual pre-testing to obtain Fire Safety Certificate for MCST 1471.
  • Ensure timely Building licenses and certificates renewal.
  • Manage outsourced contractors such as security and cleaners.
  • Involvement in feasibility study and A&A project works assignment.
  • Undertakes other duties as may be assigned by Deputy General Manager as may be required for the mall.
Key Qualification
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
  • Certified as Environmental Control Officers for Specified Premise
