Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as Clinic Nurse. The role involves various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures
- Perform basic nursing duties such as taking vital signs, phlebotomy, and administering medications (where applicable)
- Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service at the front desk
- Managing appointment schedules and handling patient registration
- Utilizing electronic medical records systems efficiently and accurately
- Responding to phone calls and inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintaining and updating patient databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Processing invoices, collecting payments, and managing insurance claims
- Providing chaperone support during physical examinations of patients (female)
- Performing general housekeeping duties to uphold cleanliness standards
Qualifications:
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (Registered Nurse / Enrolled Nurse)
- Possess valid practising certificate
- Candidates with experience in surgical wards or assisting with surgical procedures will be an advantage
- Prior experience in private clinic or hospital setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred, but not required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
