As an Assistant Nurse Clinician, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist in reviewing and identifying ways to improve policies and procedures
• Work closely with other departments in providing the best care
• Participate in work improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and SOPs
• Perform clinical audits
• Develop nursing education programs for constant improvements
• Preceptorship for junior nurses

Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with an Advanced Diploma (in any specialized discipline), will be an advantage
