Type of project : Majority Buildings. No infra.

Senior Engineer to Associate, Min 5 years exp from consultant firms.

C&S Engineers, Min 1 year experience from consultant firm or contractor firms.

Total : 4 clients. Positions available min 8 openings.

• Provide technical leadership and design expertise across a wide range of projects, ensuring consistent quality and regulatory compliance.
• Perform structural analysis and design for various developments, including commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential buildings.
• Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and site inspections to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Ensure all engineering designs and documentation meet statutory regulations, codes, and standards.
• Assist the Qualified Person (QP) or Project Lead in coordinating with stakeholders such as clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Maintain effective communication with all project participants, including internal teams, sub-consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Oversee project coordination from concept design through construction, ensuring smooth execution at every stage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from a PEB-accredited institution in Singapore.
• Relevant experience in structural engineering projects within Singapore.
• At least 5 years of experience in structural design, preferably involving local developments. (8 years and above for Associate Engineer)
• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and applicable Eurocodes.
• Proficient in structural design tools such as ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, MIDAS, or similar software.
• Knowledge of civil and structural submission processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with BIM software and methodologies for design and coordination.
• Familiarity with various building types, including landed homes, commercial properties, and institutional facilities.
• Experience managing projects from design through construction is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of statutory requirements, site supervision standards, quality control, and construction management practices.
