Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team as a Business Development Executive, where you'll leverage your skills to drive sales growth and foster client relationships in an exciting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights to the sales team, aiding strategic decision-making.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive sales efforts, including cold calling and canvassing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet established targets, incorporating customer feedback into sales promotions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and participate in events such as roadshows and trade shows to showcase offerings effectively.
- Achieve monthly sales goals consistently while utilizing Microsoft Office for reporting and data analysis.
- Organize and plan daily sales activities to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience and knowledge in using gardening or agricultural tools and machinery.
- Demonstrated experience with Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) products, including chainsaws, brush cutters, hedge trimmers, and related accessories.
- Familiarity with environments such as public greenery maintenance, landscaping companies, golf course maintenance, and agricultural fields.
- Strong sales initiative and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a solid understanding of effective sales techniques.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
