Salary: up to $5000 (depending on exp) + AWS + VB

Responsibilities
  • Provide secretariat and administrative support to the department
  • Focuses on meeting management, including the collation of agendas, coordination of schedules and attendance, and arrangement of logistics.
  • Draft minutes, maintain approval records for minutes and resolutions, and keep contact and mailing lists updated for Board, Board Committee and Fund Committee members.
  • Administrative responsibilities include overseeing office equipment and facilities management, and maintaining staff records for training and other tasks as required by Management
Requirement
  • Degree with at least 2 years’ work experience or Local Diploma with 8 years of exp
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office applications, specifically in data analysis and presentations
