Responsibilities:

• Prepare & help provide quotations to customers
• Communicate with customer on the requirements, understand their procurement process to ensure smooth sales process
• Key opportunity into the sales portal
• Chase the pricing from vendors/suppliers
• Prepare the costing sheet & actual quotation before sending out to customer
• Process sales orders accurately and coordinate for timely delivery with vendors/suppliers
• Prepare invoices and sales reports.
• Maintain effective working relationships with assigned outside salespersons and all other cross-functional personnel
• Provide customer service and interact with customers via email and telephone
• Stay informative about cybersecurity product and services
• Able to explain the basic features of technology products and services
• Handle general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in related tech/IT industry preferred
• Experienced in sales support or customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Business Central software
• Immediate starter is preferred
