Requirements- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Security Management OR Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent
- At least 5 Years of relevant working experience is preferred
- Excellent Operational Management / Excellence, Training/Coaching, Leadership, Critical Thinking. Operational Process Re-engineering and Communications skills
- Preferably Manager specialized in Physical Security / Protective Services or equivalent.
- Possess Class 3 driving license
- Oversee mix of sectors / Operations Executive amounting to around 200+ duty posts
