Primary EMS Tutor at Bedok Reservoir
About the role
Happy Tutors Learning Centre is seeking an experienced Primary EMS Tutor to join our team in the Kaki Bukit East Region. This part-time role will involve providing high-quality tutoring support to primary school students in the Bedok Reservoir area, with a focus on the EMS (English, Mathematics and Science) subjects.
What you'll be doing- Delivering engaging and effective tutoring sessions to small groups of primary school students
- Assessing students' progress and learning needs, and tailoring your teaching approach accordingly
- Collaborating with parents and school teachers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to students' educational development
- Maintaining detailed records of student progress and attendance
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our tutoring programmes and resources
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field, with a strong background in the EMS subjects
- At least 2 years of experience providing tutoring or teaching support to primary school students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple students and tasks effectively
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential
