Admin/ Sales Coordiantor
Job Scope:
- Manage office documentation, filing, and data entry to ensure organized record-keeping.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally.
- Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding pricing, stock availability, and delivery status.
- Support the sales team by preparing materials, documents, sales reports
- Perform any ad-hoc duties when assigned by superior.
Requirement:
- Minimum GCE O/N Level, ITE, or Diploma in Business Admin, or a related field
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Entry levels are welcomed, training will be provided
Operation Office Admin
Job Scope:
- Served as the lead liaison for external vendors, including contractors, movers, and interior designers. (Workspace Transition for initial quarter only)
- Directed the full-cycle procurement process for office equipment, pantry stock, and furnishings.
- Conducted vendor evaluations and price negotiations to optimize cost-efficiency and service quality.
- Executed timely accounts payable functions for all service providers.
- Administered Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and maintained high accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Managed all corporate interactions and filings with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Enforced Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards to ensure 100% compliance with MOM guidelines.
Job Requirement:
- Relevant experience in operation/ office admin in payment processing and LC documentation will be added advantage
