Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dynamics 365 Business Central Support & Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, analysing data to identify trends and insights, and contributing to the optimization and enhancement of our Dynamics 365 Business Central system.You will act as a bridge between technical functionality and business needs, ensuring efficient and effective use of our ERP system.
Responsibilities:
- Dynamics 365 Business Central Support:
- Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users regarding Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality, including troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries.
- Document and track support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
- Develop and maintain user training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 Business Central updates and features.
- Assist with system testing and validation during upgrades and implementations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Extract, transform, and analyse data from Dynamics 365 Business Central to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI or other reporting tools.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business processes and decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system.
- Create and maintain documentation of data analysis processes and results.
- System Optimization and Enhancement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to implement system enhancements and customizations.
- Assist with the development and testing of new system functionalities.
- Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and administration of the Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.
- Work with business users to gather requirements for new reports and customizations.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in providing support and analysing data related to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules and functionalities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Experience with SQL is a plus.
- Experience in writing and maintaining AL code is a plus.
- Understanding of financial and operational business processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience with other ERP systems.
- Experience with data warehousing.
