Dynamics 365 Business Central Support & Data Analyst - Geylang

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dynamics 365 Business Central Support & Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, analysing data to identify trends and insights, and contributing to the optimization and enhancement of our Dynamics 365 Business Central system.

You will act as a bridge between technical functionality and business needs, ensuring efficient and effective use of our ERP system.

Responsibilities:

  • Dynamics 365 Business Central Support:
  • Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users regarding Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality, including troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries.
  • Document and track support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
  • Develop and maintain user training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 Business Central updates and features.
  • Assist with system testing and validation during upgrades and implementations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Extract, transform, and analyse data from Dynamics 365 Business Central to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI or other reporting tools.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business processes and decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system.
  • Create and maintain documentation of data analysis processes and results.
  • System Optimization and Enhancement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to implement system enhancements and customizations.
  • Assist with the development and testing of new system functionalities.
  • Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and administration of the Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.
  • Work with business users to gather requirements for new reports and customizations.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in providing support and analysing data related to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules and functionalities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Experience with SQL is a plus.
  • Experience in writing and maintaining AL code is a plus.
  • Understanding of financial and operational business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • Experience with other ERP systems.
  • Experience with data warehousing.
