Responsibilities:

• Review and manage all design documentation related to ACMV, HVAC, and control systems.
• Evaluate and scrutinize shop drawings, plans, specifications, and other construction project-related documents.
• Demonstrate proficiency in calculations involving heating/cooling load, equipment sizing (eg. CRAC etc), electrical load, etc.
• Oversee project management aspects such as budget, schedule, scope of work, deployment, project timeline, reports, and documentation.
• Provide direction, leadership, and support to engineering personnel for effective management and execution of multiple tasks and projects.
• Assist in perform hands-on for installation
• Conduct site visits, tests, and inspections throughout the project to document progress against the agreed-upon schedule.
• Prepare subcontractor award schedules and perform any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess adequate qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer in Data Center ACMV projects will be an added advantage.
