The Company
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Project Manager who is passionate about innovation to spearhead innovative AI projects for our client. This role demands a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of AI technologies and a proven track record in project management.The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of AI solutions that drive operational excellence and innovation.
The Role- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, IT, and business units.
- Engage stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and align initiatives with business goals.
- Define and execute AI roadmaps and implementation strategies.
- Oversee development and deployment of AI tools, models, and solutions.
- Drive change management and communication strategies to support AI adoption.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Track project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in AI delivery.
- Support post-implementation reviews and performance evaluation of AI solutions.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and frameworks.
- Proven experience delivering technology projects using Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in AI.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
