About Our Client

Our client is a leading and well known global investment firm focusing on both public and private market investments. They are currently looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join their APAC Operations team focusing on data, operations, and client lifecycle management, playing a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of the information that underpins their investment and client activities.

Job Description

• Oversee investment and transaction data within the Portfolio Management System, including valuations, commitments, capital calls, and distributions
• Maintain and reconcile transactional data across custodial accounts and banking partners, resolving exceptions accurately and promptly
• Centralize and automate data aggregation from administrators, custodians, and third-party providers

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and lifecycle events across internal teams and external counterparties
• Coordinate account opening and setup with custodians and coverage teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Support due diligence and compliance processes, maintaining strong data quality and resolving onboarding issues efficiently

• Drive initiatives to strengthen data governance, enhance controls, and streamline workflows
• Leverage business intelligence and AI-enabled tools to improve operational scalability and efficiency

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
• 2 or more years of experience in data operations, data analytics, client onboarding, or related roles within financial services
• Experience spanning both operational and client-facing functions is highly valued
• Familiarity with client due diligence requirements (AML/CDD), including institutional and private wealth structures (entities, trusts, financial institutions)
• Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as Singapore MAS and/or UK FCA is advantageous
• Experience with portfolio management systems (e.g., Addepar) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
• Working knowledge of relational databases or data tools (e.g., SQL, Snowflake) is a plus
• Interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to enhance workflows and scale operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail in fast-paced environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and senior stakeholders
