Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Portal and Mobile App projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise in ERP implementations, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and a proactive mindset to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle of Business Central implementations from initiation to closure.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Collaborate with clients, internal consultants, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Lead project meetings, status updates, and steering committee briefings.
Track and report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Drive quality assurance and user acceptance testing activities.
Manage change requests and scope variations effectively.

Essential Qualifications:

At least 3 years managing ERP implementation projects, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV
Strong understanding of key ERP modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within scope
Experience working in consulting or IT services environments

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP/PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
Experience integrating AI technologies with traditional ERP systems
Knowledge of mobile application development processes
Background in digital transformation consulting

Salary will be commensurate based on experience and qualification.
