Geylang - Project Engineer (Civil/Building/Main Con)

The company initially specialized in civil engineering contracts and has since expanded its expertise to include addition and alteration (A&A) works, demolition, general building construction, and civil engineering projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and coordination to execution and completion.
• Assist in assembling and guiding project teams, providing direction and support to achieve project objectives.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare reports detailing project status, challenges, and recommended solutions.
• Identify and resolve conflicts or issues within the project team.
• Analyze project-related challenges and implement necessary adjustments to strategies.
• Provide mentorship and motivation to team members, fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
• Perform additional duties as required to support project success.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the civil engineering industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Hands-on experience in on-site project management.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
