Geylang - IT Project Manager (Digital Transformation Project)

We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to drive the delivery of high-impact software projects that align technology with business goals. You’ll be the vital bridge between our development teams and business stakeholders—ensuring successful execution from requirement gathering through testing and deployment.

• Working Location: Central
• Salary Package: Up to $8,500 (basic) + AWS + VB
• Job Type: Perm
• What You’ll Do:
• Lead end-to-end project delivery across analysis, design, testing, and deployment
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams
• Identify and mitigate project risks effectively
• Build strong client relationships to ensure delivery aligns with expectations
• Foster a high-performance culture and track team KPIs
• Maintain proper project documentation and uphold SLAs

✅ What You Bring:

• At least 5 years of project management experience in tech domains
• Proven success in managing agile projects (Scrum/Kanban)
• Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence
• Strong business acumen with a user-centric approach
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Bonus If You Have:
• Experience managing internal development teams
• Strategic mindset with a passion for tech innovation
