About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant to join our team in the Central Region. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Assisting with the daily operation of the retail store, including stocking shelves, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization
• Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales targets and meet customer expectations
• Participating in inventory management and stock replenishment activities
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for providing exceptional shopping experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required
