Operational Oversight:

• Managing Operations:Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bus company, including transportation, maintenance, and customer service.
• Resource Allocation:Allocating resources effectively to ensure smooth operations and optimal utilization of assets.
• Team Leadership:Leading and developing the management team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

Financial Management:

• Budgeting & Financial Planning: Developing and managing the company's budget, ensuring financial stability and profitability.
• Monitoring Financial Performance: Tracking key financial indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing cost-saving measures.

Stakeholder Engagement:
