Now, we’re looking for a detail-driven and motivated Accounting Executive to keep our numbers sharp and support our next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do

As part of our lean but impactful finance team, you’ll take ownership of the full set of accounts and play a critical role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly:

? Manage full-set accounting (AR, AP, GL, month-end closing)
? Prepare financial statements, cash flow, and management reports
? Oversee supplier payments, customer collections, and bank reconciliations
? Partner with operations to align inventory accounting with e-commerce platform data
? Handle GST submissions, tax compliance, and audit coordination
? Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for leadership decisions
⚙️ Drive process improvements to make accounting smarter and faster

What We’re Looking For

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
2–5 years of hands-on experience in full-set accounts (e-commerce / retail a plus!)
Solid grasp of Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations
Comfortable with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and advanced Excel
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
A collaborative mindset—someone who enjoys working with different teams across the business
