Job Title: Account Assistant (JT-1020) (JT-1016)

Location: Tuas (transport provided at Boon Lay/Joo Koon)

Working Hour: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Basic Salary: up to $2900

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for AP/AP activities
Manage partial accounts by processing transactions and maintaining accurate records to support financial operations
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and inter-company account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and month-end journal entries.
Perform Accounts Receivable function (i.e., process DO and invoices)
Perform ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

Prior experience with AR/AP activities

Location: Pandan Road
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:30pm

Basic Salary: up to $3000

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for AR/AP activities.
Prepare the daily bank balance for the Directors.
Manage and maintain petty cash transactions.
Process payments to local and overseas suppliers.
Prepare monthly schedules for depreciation, prepayments, and accruals, and maintain the fixed asset register.
Reconcile suppliers’ Statements of Account (SOA).
Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the accountant.

Job Requirements:

Proficient in Excel
