Export Assistant Manager / Manager (Sales & Logistic)

POSITION SUMMARY

We are a regional chemical distribution company serving industrial customers across Asia. We are currently looking for a driven and detail-oriented Export Assistant Manager / Manager to join our team and support our growing export operations.

In this role, you will act as the key link between customers, logistics, and internal teams, ensuring smooth export processes, timely shipments, and strong customer service across regional markets.

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities with potential clients.
• Follow up on new sales leads and referrals generated from field activities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, sales contracts, and export documentation (Proforma Invoice / Export Notification).
• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure outstanding orders are fulfilled within the required timeframe.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Monitor stock movement between warehouse, customers, and terminals.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales and progress reports.

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Management, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
