Roles & Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue invoices accurately to meet timely delivery to customers ( rotate among sales coordinator)
  • Communicating with clients to provide order updates, answer queries and address concerns
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing and logistics to provide timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • In charge monthly sales reports for various customers as require by Management
  • Verified System stock balance of Finished Goods against actual stock balance and update system accordingly on monthly basis
  • Prepare daily packing list
  • In Charge of generating E invoices for all supermarkets customers
  • Ensure to arrange daily transport route for internal drivers as well as third party logistic teams
  • Managing inventory levels and tracking product availability by maintaining the raw materials and finish goods in the system on daily basis
  • Maintain the master list of issuing of Credit Note, Debit Note and write off form to update the system on stock level of affected products
  • Handling routine telephone and email enquiries from customers
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Support in other ad hoc duties as assigned by Senior Management
Requirements
  • Diploma or GCE “O” Level or its equivalent
  • Preferable with 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Good in Meticulous to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills and customer oriented mindset
  • Excellent coordination , planning and follow up skills
