Diesel Truck Driver

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Truck Driver to join our team. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods across our distribution network. As a Diesel Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

• To operate the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
• To agree to follow company policies & procedures, safety policies, environmental stewardship.
• Maintain cleanliness of company owned vehicle.
• Efficiently perform vehicle pre/post trip inspection in accordance with Company requirements
• Utilize onboard/portable electronic device to receive dispatched orders and record deliveries.
• Correctly load product at various loading facilities, adhering to the policies & procedures of the loading facility
• Deliver bulk fuel to customers, verifying the load is correct
• Participate in safety meetings and training as directed by the company

1. Valid Singapore Class 4 license with a clean driving record
2. Minimum 2 years' experience driving heavy goods vehicles, preferably with fuel or hazmat tanker experience
3. Strong knowledge of road safety, vehicle maintenance and logistics best practices
4. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently
5. Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects
6. Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
