Recruitment Officer (Part-Time / Full-Time)

You'll work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment experience. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to gain real-world HR experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable applicants
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Following up with candidates and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with onboarding documents and pre-employment requirements
• Supporting recruitment campaigns and walk-in drives when needed
• Preparing reports and tracking hiring performance metrics
• Maintaining applicant databases and job postings across platforms

• Singaporean or permanent resident only
• Must have completed NS
• A-Level / Diploma / Degree holders
• No prior HR experience required - training will be provided
