Family Driver & Executive Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy and service-oriented Family Driver & Executive Assistant to provide transportation services, family support and administrative assistance for a Singapore-based family and business owner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily school transportation for children, family-related coordination, household matters, office support and general administrative duties. Family transportation needs shall always take priority over business transportation requirements.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders, possess excellent communication skills, be highly responsible, and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Transportation & Driving Duties
Family Transportation (Primary Responsibility)
  1. Daily school drop-off and pick-up for children.
  2. Transportation for family members to appointments and activities.
  3. Airport transfers.
  4. Transportation to schools, hospitals, clinics and other appointments.
  5. Ensure punctuality and safety at all times.
  6. Plan efficient routes based on traffic conditions.
Business Transportation
  1. Transportation for company guests and visitors.
  2. Transportation support for business-related activities.
  3. Delivery and collection of documents and items when required.
Vehicle Management
  1. Maintain cleanliness and good condition of assigned vehicles.
  2. Arrange vehicle servicing, repairs and inspections.
  3. Coordinate insurance renewals and road tax renewals.
  4. Conduct routine vehicle checks.
  5. Family Support & Household Coordination
Family Assistance
  1. Assist with scheduling medical appointments.
  2. Coordinate children’s vaccination and healthcare appointments.
  3. Liaise with schools, hospitals, clinics and service providers.
  4. Accompany family members to appointments when required.
  5. Assist with school-related communications and parent meetings.
Household Management
  1. Coordinate contractors, technicians and service providers.
  2. Arrange repairs and maintenance for residential properties.
  3. Follow up on air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical and internet issues.
  4. Coordinate cleaning, moving and installation services.
  5. Assist with property inspections and management matters.
Personal Errands
  1. Purchase household supplies and necessities.
  2. Assist with grocery shopping and procurement tasks.
  3. Collect and deliver items when required.
  4. Handle other family-related errands.
  5. Language & Communication Support
  6. Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders.
  7. Assist family members in communicating with schools, hospitals, government agencies and service providers.
  8. Provide simple interpretation and translation support when required.
  9. Attend parent-teacher meetings and appointments when requested.
  10. Assist management with English correspondence and communication.
  11. Office & Administrative Support
During periods when driving duties are not required, the employee will assist with office operations and administrative tasks.
Office Support
  1. Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
  2. Assist with furniture assembly and minor repairs.
  3. Coordinate office maintenance matters.
  4. Assist with inventory and storage management.
  5. Support office relocation or moving activities.
Administrative Duties
  1. Filing and document organization.
  2. Courier and mail handling.
  3. Banking and government-related errands.
  4. Assist with meeting preparation and logistics.
General Assistance
  1. Support day-to-day office operations.
  2. Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
  1. Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
  2. Minimum 5 years of safe driving experience.
  3. No major traffic violations.
  4. Fluent in English and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders.
  5. Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic conditions.
  6. Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
  7. Honest, reliable and trustworthy.
  8. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience as a personal or family driver.
  2. Experience as an administrative assistant or personal assistant.
  3. Familiar with Singapore schools, hospitals and government agencies.
  4. Basic handyman or maintenance skills.
  5. Basic computer literacy.
Working Hours & Availability
Normal working hours: 7:50am - 4:50pm, Monday to Friday.
Due to the nature of the role, the employee may occasionally be required to work outside normal working hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

The employee must remain contactable and reasonably available to support urgent family or business matters when required.

Examples include but not limited to:

  1. Medical emergencies.
  2. Hospital visits.
  3. Early morning or late-night airport transfers.
  4. Urgent transportation requirements.
  5. Household emergencies requiring immediate attention.
Confidentiality
The employee will have access to confidential family and business information.

A high level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality is required at all times.

Compensation & Benefits
  1. Monthly Salary: SGD 5,000 – SGD 7,000 (depending on experience)
  2. Annual Performance Bonus

Additional

The Employee shall provide transportation services, family assistance, administrative and operational support and other reasonable duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Family-related responsibilities shall take priority over business transportation requirements unless otherwise instructed by Management.
