Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full 360° recruitment cycle, with a strong focus on business development and client management. You will proactively identify new hiring opportunities, partner closely with clients, and build long-term candidate networks to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.

• Drive business development by identifying, pursuing, and converting new client opportunities
• Build and manage long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and market conditions
• Manage the end-to-end / 360° recruitment process from job briefing to placement
• Source, attract, and engage candidates through multiple channels
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability and cultural fit
• Manage interview coordination, feedback, and offer negotiations
• Provide career guidance and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future roles
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice to clients
• Ensure a high standard of service delivery and compliance throughout the recruitment process

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Proven experience in agency recruitment, handling 360° / end-to-end recruitment
• Strong interest and capability in business development and sales
• Confident in engaging with clients and senior stakeholders
• Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially minded
