Working Hours / Location:

• Min commitment 3 days per week for at least 5 months
• 8am - 6pm/12pm - 10pm
• Changi Airport
• Work together with your friends!!

Job Scope:

• Assisting passengers and visitors with queries and directions
• Sharing flight information and recommending airport dining & retail options
• Responding to inquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media
• Handling on-site incidents and medical emergencies professionally
• Supporting daily operations and taking on ad-hoc duties as needed

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘N’ Level qualification
• Min 1 year of customer service experience
• Confident, approachable, and comfortable interacting with passengers from diverse backgrounds
