We sell and maintain commercial scent diffusion systems installed at client premises through wall-mounted units or integration with ventilation systems (AHU/FCU). Our clients include leading shopping malls, hotels, and retail brands across Singapore.
Due to our rapid business growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Service Technician to support our expanding operations.
Job Description:
The Senior Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems. The role requires strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer support while ensuring all installations and maintenance activities meet safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Maintenance- Install, commission, and test new equipment and systems.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and operational requirements.
- Read and interpret floor plans, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Diagnose equipment faults and identify root causes of technical issues.
- Perform repairs and replace defective components on-site or remotely.
- Respond promptly to service calls and minimize equipment downtime.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve system reliability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Conduct user training on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Update maintenance logs and track service activities accurately.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Support project installations, site surveys, and commissioning activities.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Minimum Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related disciplines).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Project or Engineering Management.
- Proven experience in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong ability to read and understand floor plans and technical drawings.
- Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good project management and organizational skills.
- Basic customer relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication, reading, and writing skills.
- Well-presented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Team player with good time management skills.
- Able to manage inventory levels effectively.
- Able to work Monday to Friday and Saturdays (half-day) when required.
- Able to work night shifts and flexible hours when necessary.
- Possess own transport for travel to and from customer sites.
- Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage.
