Programme Operations Executive

Nearest MRT: Outram Park MRT Station
Contract Duration: 10 months

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (8:30am–6:00pm), occasional Saturdays (for project recruitment)

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the operations of a digital health programme focused on chronic disease management. You’ll play a key role in coordinating recruitment, supporting participants, managing enquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve enquiries from participants and clinical partners.
  • Coordinate recruitment events and manage vendors.
  • Support onboarding and engagement of participants.
  • Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for the digital platform.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to triage enquiries.
  • Track and validate programme deliverables, including participant rewards.
  • Collect and document feedback to improve programme delivery.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Public Health, Business, Health Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
  • Able to manage logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
  • Comfortable providing basic technical support.

Added Advantage:

  • Experience in healthcare or digital health projects.
  • Familiarity with health apps, wearables, or digital onboarding processes.
