- QA Engineer (Plating)/Mon-Fri, 8:00am to 5:45pm @Woodlands
- Responsible for QA documentation and data control.
- Conduct analysis and reporting of internal/external quality performance.
- Analysis on quality problems, QC, production & drive for containment action & solution.
- Identify and initiate actions to prevent nonconformity relating to internal process and product.
- Implement control on Reject area for nonconforming material/product.
- Handle customer complaint and ensure resolved with countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
- Assist in coordinating Engineering Change/Production Part Approval Process.
- Supervise generation of QA Work Instruction/Procedure and Part Inspection Plan.
- Understand customer requirements, adapt and share to all respective departments.
- Diploma/Degree in engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to travel on site and overtime when neccessary
