Finance Manager - Toa Payoh

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and finalize monthly accounts for Coliwoo group of accounts and consolidation.
• Prepare / Review Group Management reports and budgets and provide financial analysis to Management / Board.
• Prepare and review group consolidation, year-end annual report and sustainability report
• Oversee annual budgetary exercise
• Preparation of Board papers, SGX announcements, shareholders’ circular and coordination of AGM/EGM
• Oversee treasury functions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers and tax consultants.
• Oversee the training and development of the Finance team to ensure each level of staff is able to perform their tasks at an optimal level.
• Handle any other ad hoc duties as directed by management
• Familiar with SGX listing rules and corporate governance compliance

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, with minimum 6 years post qualification experience.
• A member of ISCA
• Experience in Oracle Netsuite system is a plus.
• Team player with strong communication and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Meticulous with an ‘eye’ for details and able to work independently.
• Prior working experience in corporate finance work and listed company would be an advantage
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
