About the Role
We are looking for an Admin Assistant who's organized, cheerful, and energetic while supporting in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing schedules, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring daily activities run smoothly.
Responsibilities- Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle phone calls, emails and client communications in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Supporting with ad-hoc projects and duties.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Admin Assistant / Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant.
- Good command of English and ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Gmail for day-to-day tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Position open to Singaporean and Permanent Residents.
