Store Manager @ Female Apparel

Join a dynamic Japanese fashion clothing retailer as a Store Manager, overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of service and presentation.

Salary: Up to $5,500 + Bonus + Comms (T&C)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/ closing procedures and staff scheduling.
• Recruit, train and manage store staff, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Drive sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in line with Japanese fashion aesthetics.
• Optimize store layout and product placement for maximum customer engagement.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and implement loss prevention measures.
• Track store performance using KPIs, sales reports, and profit margins; manage store budgets and operational expenses.
• Implement promotional campaigns, discount strategies, and loyalty programs.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities relevant to Japanese fashion.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Retail, Fashion, or any related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or apparel.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with POS systems, inventory/retail software, and retail analytics tools.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising, store layout optimization, and retail marketing techniques.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
