Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling overall office administration matters
  • Provide supervisory to receptionist, pantry lady etc
  • Oversee and manage office renovation and lease if applicable
  • Liaise and oversee procurement & vendor management
  • Verify & authorize payments (expenses claims)
  • Manage travel arrangements procedures
  • Update of admin procedures, facility procedures
  • Assist to cover receptionist during lunch time
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 3 – 5 years of relevant office administration experience in Banks or Financial Institutions
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to interact well with all levels of staff & ability to meet tight deadlines
