- Location: TutorJohn Learning Centre – Tampines
- Position: Full-Time Tutor (Primary/Secondary)
- Salary: $2,800 – $4,200/month (Based on Experience + Performance Bonuses)
- Work Days: 4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend
- Hours:
- Weekdays: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Weekends: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- Your Key Responsibilities:
- Teach up to 3 classes/day (Primary or Secondary)
- Prepare and deliver interactive lessons aligned to the latest MOE syllabus
- Conduct assessments to identify strengths and learning gaps
- Collaborate with the team to find effective strategies for student improvement
- Assist with lesson planning, resource preparation, and curriculum delivery
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the tuition centre, including make-up lesson scheduling
- Work directly with the team and John to refine teaching approaches and pedagogy
- Step into leadership opportunities over time – including Assistant Centre Manager roles
