Application & Technical Support Manager – Catalysts

• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Mon to Fri
• Location: Central (Near MRT)
• AWS & VB provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical support and solution development for catalyst applications across ASEAN and South Asia.
• Collaborate with chemists, engineers, and R&D teams to design and optimize sulfuric acid and styrene catalyst technologies.
• Support customers on-site during catalyst filling, plant start-ups, and troubleshooting activities.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide technical recommendations to enhance catalyst effectiveness.
• Develop performance warranty proposals and value-based solutions for customers.
• Partner with marketing to support product launches and commercial strategies.
• Provide expert consultation on catalyst application and process optimization.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational procedures, and quality records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the chemical industry, including at least 3 years in chemical plant operations.
• Prior exposure to catalyst technology is preferred.
• Experience working with production teams and customers, particularly in Indonesia, is a plus.
• Willing to travel regionally up to 50%.
