As a Staff Nurse (Medical Surgical), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assist in day-to-day ward rounds
- Assist in daily ADL of the patients
- Assessing patient health problems and needs
- Monitoring patients’ vital signs
- Implementing nursing care plan
- Maintaining and recording patients’ medical records
- Provide information to patients and family members to help them understand their treatment
- Ensure compliance to nursing procedures and policies
Requirement:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Nursing with a valid registration with Singapore Nursing Board
