As we continue to strengthen our academic faculty, we are building a pipeline of teaching talent for current and future opportunities within our Secondary division, with particular interest in:

About the Role
Our Secondary teachers play an important role in fostering academic excellence, critical thinking, and holistic student development within an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning Excellence- Deliver high-quality and engaging lessons that support strong academic outcomes and student growth
- Carry out the professional duties of a teacher in accordance with the school’s policies and under the direction of the Principal
- Demonstrate strong pedagogical practices and effective classroom management strategies
- Plan, prepare, assess, and monitor student learning in alignment with curriculum standards and school expectations
- Maintain accurate student records and prepare student reports as required
- Set appropriate individual student targets in line with school and departmental expectations
- Communicate student progress effectively with parents and stakeholders, including participation in Parent Meetings
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student wellbeing and personal development
- Inspire and motivate students to become confident, independent, and lifelong learners
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the wider school community
- Participate in departmental initiatives, school activities, and ongoing professional development programmes, including INSET and training days
- Promote and engage actively in continuous professional development
- Contribute to co-curricular programmes, enrichment activities, and wider school events
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the school
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking educators who:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Teaching, or a relevant subject discipline recognised by relevant education authorities
- Have teaching experience within Secondary education or international school settings, preferably with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge, particularly in Physics, Accounting, or related disciplines
- Possess a strong understanding of Secondary school curriculum and assessment practices
- Are passionate about developing and inspiring young learners
- Demonstrate effective communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
- Thrive in multicultural and collaborative environments
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and safeguarding
Qualifications such as PGDE, PGCE, teaching licensure, NIE certification, or equivalent professional certifications will be advantageous. Higher academic or professional qualifications and evidence of continued professional development are also valued.
