Job Responsibilities

Job Summary

Resorts World Sentosa is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Property Stylist to join our team. This role will elevate our spatial branding, creative vision and design standards to deliver memorable guest experiences that are visually cohesive and on-brand across the resort.

As a key liaison between the Destination Experience (DX), Entertainment, Art & Design, Estate Management, and Resort Marketing teams, you will be responsible for conceptualising and executing environmental design solutions that integrate architecture, interiors, and brand storytelling.

This includes working closely with key internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure consistency from digital touchpoints to physical environments. You will also play a role in elevating our seasonal theming, experiential setups, and site-specific design narratives.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in design with a keen understanding of how visual elements translate into 3D spaces. You are confident in directing environmental visuals, signage, spatial branding and have a flair for turning spaces into immersive experiences that reflect RWS's refreshed brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

Environmental Branding & Experiential Design
  1. Conceptualise and implement design graphics that elevate the resort's physical environment—spanning entrances, walkways, lobbies, and themed zones—while reinforcing RWS's positioning as a premier luxury destination.
  2. Design and support the execution of large-scale seasonal activations (e.g., Christmas, Chinese New Year), MICE setups, pop-ups, and immersive event experiences. This includes creating visuals such as murals, installations, photo-op spots, as well as retail and F&B window styling.
  3. Develop and uphold visual standards for floral arrangements, landscaping, uniforms, accessories, and other styling elements to ensure cohesive on-ground expression.
  4. Conduct quality audits to ensure all styling executions align with RWS's brand guidelines, spatial intent, and guest experience objectives.
Creative Oversight & Stakeholder Collaboration
  1. Lead and ensure the creative excellence of design outputs across all experiential and spatial touchpoints.
  2. Participate in stakeholder discussions, presenting creative ideas with clarity, confidence, and sensitivity to brand vision.
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Units to align on design intent and operational feasibility.
Project & Vendor Management
  1. Develop comprehensive design briefs and manage external vendors and contractors through all stages—from ideation to sampling, prototyping, and on-site execution in collaboration with stakeholders.
  2. Oversee timelines, contracts, and budgets to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule, within scope, and to the highest design standard in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Safeguard brand consistency and design integrity across all touchpoints, ensuring every project delivers on visual impact and guest engagement.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in environmental graphic design or spatial branding as creative director within an agency or in-house setting. Handling luxury resort projects or large-scale mixed-use developments is an advantage.
Required Skills
  • Extensive experience implementing design processes, including driving current consultants' practices, scope and abilities.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing projects in spatial graphics, and branded environments.
  • Proficiency or familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino or other 3D design tools; knowledge of fabrication and installation methods.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and accessibility requirements for signage and public spaces.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent visual communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple timelines.
  • Experience in hospitality, resorts, or theme park environments will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of generative AI tools and their application in environmental design.
  • Awards and recognitions for professional achievement are a plus
