Service Technician (5 Days / Gear Box / Gear Motors)

• Service Technician - Basic up $3500 , OT Payable

Job Responsibilities:

• Support service operations for power transmission products and equipment, including overhaul, repair, installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning.
• Perform disassembly, cleaning, assembly, functional testing, and troubleshooting in compliance with service and quality standards.
• Diagnose equipment and product issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Repair and restore faulty components through replacement, adjustment, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and upkeep of workshop machinery, tools, and equipment to maintain operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related
• Experience in gearbox, gearmotor, or electric motor overhaul and servicing will be added advantage
• Basic knowledge of bearings, oil seals, lubrication systems, and rotating equipment.
• Experience in using measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, dial gauge, and multimeter.
