Recruitment Consultant (No EXP needed)

• Mon-Fri: 9.30am-5.30pm -- Jurong East MRT
• Quarterly Events + Sports Day + Annual Trips
• 1-to-1 training provided.

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with clients to understand hiring needs, job scopes, and business priorities
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct search
• Managing candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance and onboarding
• Preparing and presenting shortlisted candidates to clients
• Coordinating interviews, offers, and salary negotiations
• Building and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships
• Meeting recruitment targets and contributing to team revenue goals
• Keeping up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry movements

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree holder with no experience or with equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or client-facing roles is an advantage
• Candidates with CEI Certificate and recruitment experience will have added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in fast-paced environment
