What You’ll Be Doing:

Source, screen, and assess potential candidates for healthcare & life sciences roles
Coordinate and conduct interviews, assisting with hiring decisions
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships for future placements
Support HR-related processes such as offer management, onboarding, and talent tracking
Act as a trusted partner to clients, understanding their hiring needs and culture
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma/degree in any field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to learn, be coached, and grow
No experience required – one to one mentorship & hands-on training will be provided
Passion for working with people and making a difference in their careers
