What You’ll Be Doing -

Create customised training programs tailored to each member’s goals
Lead 1-on-1 and small group sessions with energy, expertise, and enthusiasm
Stay ahead with continuous learning and professional development
Be a positive, motivational presence in the club environment
Drive personal training sales and actively hit performance KPIs
Build strong relationships and provide top-notch member service
Stay updated with industry knowledge and trends

What We’re Looking For -

Certified Personal Trainer and relevant industry experience
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge in exercise science and nutrition
Passion for fitness and helping others achieve results
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Able to work shifts, including weekends, and public holidays
Passionate about fitness and helping others — no prior experience required; fresh entrants with the right attitude are welcomed (Sponsorship of Fitness Certification Provided!)
